“Lovely staff”
We had a lovely three night stay here. The rooms are of good standard and had air con which was much appreciated. The staff are absolutely lovely, they cannot do enough to help you and make you feel so welcome. We would stay here again on our next trip to Vietnam :) Thankyou!

“Cozy room in the centre of The Old Quarter”
They have great location in Ma May street, right at the corner with Hang Bac street, very convenient to walk around the old quarter and experience the local food nearby. The room is good, clean and comfortable. I will be back here soon.

“Don’t look at the pictures. They are not this hotel”
We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and left around 4 hours later. The staff we saw were lovely and extremely friendly throughout. The hotel was a bit worn down, a tad smelly and you get what you pay for. It is however cheap and has a great central location to explore Hanoi. T… more
