“Thank you golden rice”
My family and I stay in this hotel for 3 nights and then go to halong bay and then come back. Everytime is the good feeling that the staff here bring to us. Kind and very sweet. My son said that he want to go back to Hanoi again soon and we absolutely will book again.

“Very interesting and enjoy stayed here”
We have very good time here first we booked superior room but when get hotel upgrade to balcony room very comfortable and comfy bed Mr chin was fantastic and very helpful to us helps us over time We will recommend for all the guests visit here Thank you for all staff lotus boutique hotel

“Great stay”
Stayed here for one night mid September. Service was great, receptionist and luggage handlers very friendly and polite. The room was comfortable , very big , we ordered a standard room but got a free upgrade

“Great Location, rooms and service!”
Nice location, decent rooms for what you pay for. Staff was very attentive. Good breakfast and great service. Comfortable rooms with nice wooden floors and raised ceiling. To add it was all clean and air conditioning was perfect.

“Just average for the price”
Though the rooms were comfortable, but the hotel does not have a restaurant or a bar. Hence, if you want anything after 1030 AM, you have to go out of the hotel to get it.
