“Excellent”
good hotel at budget rate as only one lady in reception manage to speak in English ! and we have good breakfast and nearby supermarkets to shop on ! wifi is superb... all the time ! and nearby to 2 Indian restaurants .

“Great time, great staff”
Rooms are ok, clean, and the staff is very helpful. Nothing to say, just don't hesitate to go. We were with a 2 y/o girl and all was very nice.Located in Hanoi downtown, you'll have all things around you. Perfect location Thanks again.

“Great hostel in good location ”
The Joy Journey hotel offers nice clean dorm rooms in a convenient central location. The bed was very comfortable. I found it to be good good value for money, offering a great breakfast. The staff were all very friendly & helpful offering excellent travel advice.

“great street and good value”
This hotel is on a great little street in the old quarter. it is very good value with large rooms, en suite, all clean and tidy, everything i needed for a few nights stay.
