帰国便の日付を1日勘違いするという大失態をしてしまい、パニックになっていたところをフロントのスタッフの方々に救われました。 夜遅い時間だったにもかかわらず、男性スタッフのDarwinさんは知り合いのガイドさんに連絡して空港の状況を確認してくれたり、自分のことのように親身になってサポートしてくれました。 また、女性スタッフのJadeさんは、落ち込む私に何度も「Don't worry!」と笑顔で声をかけて励ましてくれました。操作に困っていた航空会社のサイトも一緒に操作して助けてくれて、無事に便の変更ができました。 DarwinさんとJadeさんの温かいホスピタリティのおかげで、ハノイがもっと… more

“One of the oldest but still remains good quality five star hotel”
Nice room with really nice equipments. Clean swimming pool and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend for families
