“Wondrous experience”
Well situated in Hanoi, a genuinely impressive hotel, very good English (my Vietnamese is terrible) and genuine staff who go above and beyond to see you looked after. 10/10 and I will be staying here again if/when I return here.

Staff are very friendly and nice. Nhi was very helpful, she gave me really good recommendations, and she has a really great smile ^^ Service was ok, the good was good but the price was a bit higher Breakie was good, not too many choices
