“Great location with lots of nearby cafes but very busy roads”
Water actually ran hotel unlike other vietnam hotels. Leaving at 06:30 we found the porter sleeping in the lobby. Renovation going on in the building next door- pneumatic drilling started at 6am, apart from that a glorious stay.

“Great ecperience”
We where at the hotel for a few nights and everithing was very nice. The people working here where absolutely friendly and polite...they have made us feel at home!! I would recommend the hotel to enyone

“Friendly, clean, accommodating”
We stayed Hanoi old quarter hostel over new years 2019-20 for 3 nights, it was a very comfortable stay, and it is located only a few blocks from all the best restaurants. “Anna, Anna, Anna!”
Words cannot express how lucky we were to choose the Old Quarter hostel. Treated like family, kick back and let Ms. Anna take care of it all. Awesome breakfast, clean rooms, great location. Hanoi Old Quarter Hostel helped make our vacation awesome!

“Nice place”
Place is nice for the price. Clean room. They change towels everyday. Staff are great. The only downside is that we booked with breakfast buffet but turned out it's a set meal and you have to walk a minute or 2 to their sister hotel for dining. Other than that it's great.
