“Superb Staff”
A great oasis in the bustling Hanoi old quarter. Free breakfast was great as well. What makes this hotel is that the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They booked many of my day trips and outings and I liked everything they recommend.

“Outstanding. A jewel found in Hanoi old quarter”
This was a three star hotel set in the old quarter of Hanoi. We were a bit hesitant as we usual would try to stay in a four star in Asia but this hotel was fantastic. “Best place to stay in Hanoi”
Superb location (bang in the heart of the old quarter), extremely extremely friendly staff, and quite clean and neat. Cannot fault a single thing with this hotel. Would definitely stay there again. You needn't think twice about booking this place.

“Little gem!”
Loved this hotel. Very cheap. Staff were very helpful I arranged for a trip to Halong Bay and the tickets were delivered to the hotel. Breakfast was basic but lovely. Would definitely stay here again.
