“One of the best hotels in Hanoi”
The location is great. The atmosphere in the hotel was comfortable since the staff are really friendly and accommodating. The place is very clean also. “Great hotel, great staff, great location.”
The hotel provided an excellent service. Fantastic staff who were always there to help. Excellent breakfast and fantastic Spa visit. Hotel is so central, can walk to old quarter and the lake is nearby. A wonderful stay.
