This hotel is an icon in the middle of Hanoi. The service was impeccable! Easy access from the airport both by Grab and Public Transport. Diamond members are treated very well. I felt very safe during my stay here, Great location and walking distance to several great attractions or a short Grab ride to others. All the staff that I had interaction with was very friendly and helpful.

“Great location nice hotel”
Great location nice hotel if you use Grab very affordable and easy to get to anything in Hanoi. Nice hotel and restaurant good service and enjoyed the lounge. The pool could be better but we really enjoyed are stay.

“Last stay before complete renovation ”
Stayed at Hilton Opera hotel couple of times and this time would be the last before the hotel is going through a complete renovation. Always solid choice with the best location. The room, lobby does show sign of ages. Hope the renovation will bring the hotel a more modern look
