“Good hotel in convenient location”
An excellent hotel close to the French Quarter. Great location with an adundance shops and restaurants. Just a ten minute walk to the Cathedral and Train Street. “Best hotel in Hanoi old quarter”
The hotel staff were a standout, attentive, helpful and very accommodating. Was even allowed to comeback for a shower before my flight after checking out The rooms was very clean. The hotel is centered within easy walking distance of the majority of all attractions. Would definitely come back!!!

“Exceptional experience”
I would Thao and Anna for the exceptional service at the buffet, it almost made us feel like a fine dining . Rosie at front desk is also very helpful and so so courteous The hotel provides great service It is located right in old quarter with plenty of cafes and places nearby

We spent 4 nights in O'Gallery Hotel in Hanoi and from the moment I booked with them they gave the best customer service.
