“Very conveniently located”
A nice place to be located in, and very courteous staff. The rooms were ok - the picture on their site shows you a family room, not a typical guest room. There was some confusion because of that. “Good location”
Great location. Decent rooms. Average breakfast. Amenable hotel staff. Can’t beat the Old Quarter location!!! Walking distance to most tourist spots Arranged cab to and fro Hanoi Airport. Stored our baggage on our Halong Bay trip.

“Looks good on the surface ”
On arrival we were shown to our room, floor 6, however, the unmistakable smell of dead rat wafted through the room. I asked two staff members to come and check, but neither spoke much English.
