Great stay overall, clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Emma for being incredibly helpful and kind. She made the experience even better! And other staffs were so welcoming and helpful.

“Would recommend to everyone!”
The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet despite our room having a street view. The street was not overwhelming and relatively calm despite being so close to the lake. Breakfast was also delicious and made to order!

It is one of the best hotels in old quarter, Hanoi for a decent price. Rooms are a little cozy, but considering it’s old quarters it is acceptable. “1 week in Hanoi”
