“Amazing”
Amazing experience. Super polite staff, good location in Tay Ho area, very convenient. Easy access to all restaurants, walking distance. And also close to city Centre, 20min by car Grab. Lounge staff unbeatable, specially My, Huy, Ngoc, Oanh, Minh Anh and Linh.

“sheraton hanoi”
a bit out from the old quarter but cheap taxi ride to centre. Really good rooms under renovation. we got a new one very nicely done with smart tv. Friendly staff and good lounge facilities.
