“Great location and nice hotel”
Lovely clean hotel, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. If you have an early flight then they organise a take away breakfast. It’s very central to shops, restaurants etc.

“True Vietnamese hospitality”
This hotel is well positioned for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It is very spacious and comfortable. However its true treasure is the staff, who all did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. In particular, Jen from the reception team was exceptionally helpful.

“Great service.”
Had a fab stay. Jen on reception was excellent in helping with whatever we needed. Close to all that we required. Breakfast was delicious,plenty to choose from. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommend a stay here.

Right in the center. Staff went beyond and above to make us feel like a celebrity. The Spa is highly recommended 😀

“Excellent hotel”
A very lovely & luxurious hotel with excellent facilities throughout. Excellent staff & rooms are compact (ours was anyhow), very well looked afer and cleanliness is first rate. Great location near the lake & old quarter, but far enough away to be peaceful.
