“A nice friendly hotel”
I stayed here for 5 days in early december and the staff couldn,t do enough for me.I really enjoyed the hotel which was good value for money. Situated close to the lake and cathedral it is centrally located and if I return to Hanoi I would gladly use again. Ian-Worksop-England

“IMPERSONAL!”
Even if everything is very clean, it misses the touch of the local tradition. Cold atmosphere and rooms. The place is clean and service is good. Needs a global restyling to become a better version. Suggestion..choose for another one.
