“Splendid !!”
Splendid hotel owns the location best ever . St Joseph bell ringing in early 5am and the breakfast in the hotel was great lots of options and more than that Mr Tom help me to set Sapa and Halong bay Tour is well organized and I love it so much . My family and I recently stayed here for 3 nights in total. The room is a good size, WiFi good (I have 2 teenagers) and the air-conditioning worked well.
