We had an incredible three-week stay at the hotel. We stayed in a private villa with our own swimming pool, which was incredibly convenient and made the holiday feel truly special. The villa also came with an electric hob, giving us the flexibility to prepare small meals ourselves. The dining experience was outstanding. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner included, and every single meal was delicious, varied, and of high quality. A very special thank you to Chef Harald for his excellent work, the wonderful organization of the meals, and his flexibility in accommodating guests’ needs. He truly made a difference. We also want to say a huge thank you to the Butler and Villa host team (Front Desk Priority Welcome). Thanks to their attentiveness and excellent organizational skills, we decided to extend our holiday by an extra week. We are already planning our next visit! Special thanks to the following staff members who made our stay even more comfortable: Huyen, Amy, Jun, Yen, My, Hani. We will definitely be back!

We are currently staying at Mövenpick Resort Cam Ranh as a family — two adults and one 10-year-old child. Overall, the hotel is quite good and definitely has many strong points, so I would like to leave an honest and objective review. The rooms are spacious and in good condition, with furniture that does not feel worn out. The bedding is very comfortable and we sleep very well here. Housekeeping is not extremely detailed, but still perfectly acceptable and generally good. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of food and fruits. However, many of the juices presented as fresh juices are clearly diluted, although some of them are still quite decent. We have a full board package. Lunches and dinners from the set menu were actually a pleasant surprise: the menu is extensive, there are many options to choose from, and the food is prepared very well — everything is tasty and of good quality. However, this only applies to the set menu. The buffet for lunch and dinner is a completely different story and was disappointing. Only the breakfast buffet is truly good. We also liked the swimming pools — they are clean and well maintained. Lifeguards both at the pools and on the beach work very attentively and professionally. Drinks at the bars are also very good. But the biggest and most serious downside of the hotel is the management’s attitude toward the beach. There are catastrophically too few sunbeds and umbrellas. Guests staying at a five-star resort have to set alarms for 6 AM just to secure a place on the beach. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Many of the existing sunbeds are old and sagging, and the mattresses are heavily worn and look like they have not been properly cleaned in a very long time. All of this clearly needs renovation and replacement. Now about the beach cleanliness — this was probably the biggest disappointment. The sand is dirty and full of trash: cigarette butts, plastic caps, straws, bottles and other waste. The sand is not sifted or properly cleaned on a regular basis. Before this trip we stayed at Vinpearl Resort, where the beach was maintained perfectly every single day: staff sifted the sand, cleaned trash and constantly maintained the shoreline. Here, there is nothing even close to that level of care. During our entire stay we only saw staff cleaning the beach twice. One of those times happened immediately after we complained to hotel management through the app. Staff came with rakes for about 15 minutes and collected only the trash and seaweed that guests themselves — including my son — had already pulled out of the sea and placed on the shore. And the issue is not only seaweed. The waves constantly bring garbage to the beach: plastic bags, food containers, packaging and other plastic waste. All of this floats directly in the sea alongside guests who are trying to swim. So people here are forced to swim not only among huge masses of seaweed, but also among garbage. And while seaweed can still be described as a natural process, plastic waste is already a matter of hygiene and safety. The hotel makes almost no effort to remove this trash from the water or clean it properly from the shoreline. In addition, there are huge masses of seaweed, branches and even logs floating in the sea. This is not just unpleasant — it can actually be dangerous, especially during strong waves. If something like this is pushed into a person by a wave, it could easily cause injuries. The most frustrating part is that the sea itself is actually beautiful. Despite the waves, the entrance into the water is excellent, the seabed is comfortable, and the water color is gorgeous. Swimming here could be an absolute pleasure if the beach and sea were maintained properly. When guests complain about the beach conditions, management responds with generic messages saying that seaweed is a natural process and cannot be controlled. But the problem is that the hotel does not even seem to try:there are no collection nets,not enough cleaning staff,and huge amounts of seaweed and garbage remain along the shoreline for long periods of time. People travel thousands of kilometers primarily for the beach and the sea. It is very strange that this most important part of the resort experience receives so little attention from management. Overall, our impressions are mixed. The hotel itself, the rooms, the set-menu food, the pools and the staff are generally good. But for a five-star beach resort, the condition and maintenance of the beach are simply not at the level they should be, and this significantly affects the overall vacation experience.

You had to pay 75k VND for your child simple game. If you want to cook in your room, you had to rent plates, bows, spoons, forks 5k-25k VND/each piece. I think those should be free. The resort was quite far from Nha Trang city but it was close to the airport.
