We had the rare privilege of experiencing the pinnacle of hospitality. We witnessed what truly defines luxury. For us, a resort isn’t just about five-star amenities—it’s about the emotions it evokes, the experience it enables, and the sense of place it embodies. Because we stayed for one and a half months in 2026, we inevitably compared it to our stay in 2025. We noticed great improvements in customer service, food and beverages, operations, cleaning, entertainment, transportation, and beach services. This stunning blend of luxury and natural beauty is tailored for relaxation, with private pools in villas, three other pools with bars, and direct, secure private white-sand beach access. Wonderful activities include a sauna, a variety of massages, the Himalayan salt chamber, a steam room, and an ice grotto—not to mention top-quality therapeutic massages provided by professional therapists. It’s pure luxury and tranquility! The cleanliness of the spacious rooms, villas, pools, lounges, bars, restaurants, saunas, fitness rooms, kids’ classes, beach, and landscaping was maintained to such a high level that it created a sense of impeccable care in every detail. Our thanks to the housekeeping staff. The reception staff were very polite, friendly, and professional. A big thanks to the manager, Mr. Khan Hoa, for leading the team to such high standards. Ms. Anna was a wonderful addition—her warmth and responsiveness made us feel truly welcome. Each day was a new chapter of culinary delight. The variety of dishes was impressive, delicious, and a true celebration of taste and aroma. Breakfast at the Sunrise restaurant was delicious, with a huge variety of options. Sometimes we enjoyed beach barbecues with live music, featuring piglet or crocodile on the spit, and a buffet to satisfy every taste. Our thanks to the hardworking team and to Chef Fat for his dedication and professionalism. This year, the resort introduced a new luxury offer for villa guests—floating breakfast or afternoon trays, or a private poolside barbecue. The Executive Lounge is superb. Cocktail hour is a fun space with great music, a beautiful view, and a chance to meet new people and share laughs. The management team is dedicated to continuous improvement, and we’ve seen great results! General Manager Shaun Willer and Operations Manager Mr. Peter work hand-in-hand to ensure improvement plans become reality. Top management sets an example for new staff. Each morning, at breakfast, they greet, serve, and guide staff on how to keep guests happy. Guests can share feedback with management, and it works perfectly every day This is just one example of the daily hard work, collective effort, passion, and tireless dedication each team member brings. Their motto, “YES I CAN,” drives excellence in every guest experience. This paradise became so special to us. We visited for the second time, traveling from Canada to celebrate our 50th anniversary! Our special day began with morning treats and beautiful room decorations—two swans on the bed with orchids, a bottle of wine, cake, fruits, and a handwritten card with warm wishes from General Manager Shaun Willer. These small touches meant everything. Our evening dinner was held on the beach, organized by Mr. Nien Nguyen, the food and beverage manager. It was a meticulously crafted, exquisite dinner with champagne, served just for us by the serene shore—unforgettable! The day ended by a beautiful fireplace set up just for us. We were fortunate to have many opportunities to meet the busiest man at the resort—General Manager Shaun Willer! In every interaction, he asked how we were doing, if we were enjoying ourselves, and if we had any concerns. It felt like we were part of the resort—like home. Mr. Shaun Willer, the general manager, has an incredible personality and passion for making the resort a paradise, with high standards of hospitality and outstanding service. It’s something we had never experienced before. We will never forget our last day. We left early in the morning for the airport, and Mr. Shaun Willer was at the door to say his final goodbye. He helped with our luggage, accompanied us to the car, and even helped with check-in at the airport. That small token of attention meant a lot. Radisson Blu Resort at Cam Ranh is not just a resort; it is the embodiment of the ideal that every seeker of beauty and tranquility desires. They offer more than rooms—they offer a story, a journey, and a lifetime of memories. We can’t wait to share our wonderful impressions with family and friends. We plan to return to this beautiful paradise again next year!
