Fabulous hotel on the beach, great views especially as we were on the 15th floor. Free bicycles to ride along the promenade was a nice touch. Room 1501 very spacious both the room and bathroom, free water bottles daily, bathroom amenities, minibar. Daily cleaning. Breakfast was everything - from an egg station, to bread, to cold cuts, to Vietnamese and Indian food - plenty to choose from and great smiley service. Small gym was great, the pool we didn’t use but it looked nice, right next to the bar on the 17th floor. Complimentary taxi service to or from the airport was a nice bonus. We also had the complimentary afternoon tea which was superbly presented and just right as an afternoon snack. A very nice touch. The spa facilities sadly we didn’t have time for. Overall a really great stay!

The hotel is lovely we had a back room which was he room was quiet but had no view but the room was spacious, nice and very clean The service was amazing Ellie at reception really looked after us during our stay she organised all our sightseeing and any query she was always very friendly and helpful such a lovely lady Also Thang Pine was so kind, helpful during our stay always giving us good advice and what to do he service us impecable and we had a great time stay here

Really enjoyed our stay with BlueSun Hotel. Beautiful location and very good service for the price you pay! Very nice spacious rooms with beautiful sea view room number 902 highly recommend, the breakfast was fabulous and tasty the hotel itself nice and clean. The big Thank you want to say Jade, Minh Lua the front manager witch organised for us transport to the airport and the motorbike from the hotel and all the girls from the reception sorry i don’t remember their names and Emily from the bar upstairs she makes for us afternoon tea with treats she was lovely, all the staff very nice. And one big thank you for fabulous birthday surprise and the cake in the room for my wife she was really excited,definitely want to return again

First off, I have to say that the staff at the BlueSun DaNang Beach Hotel are lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly. It is a quality hotel and deserves a 4 star rating. Located one row back from the beach, it is close to a pharmacy, local stores, bars and restaurants. There are however, a few things that prevent it being a hotel that I ever would return to. Firstly, is The Pink Beach Bar that is located about a 100 yards away, The music they pound out from early evening till at least 11pm, is deafening! Look at their reviews, if you need convincing. We booked a sea view room and were given room 401. We spent one night in it and decided that we couldn’t stand the noise and threatened to leave. To be fair, the manager offered us another room, toward the back, no view for one night, whilst they sorted something out. The following day, we moved to room 1501. Great view and the pounding music from the beach bar, was marginally quieter. However, there was a drawback by being on the 15th floor, we were directly below the breakfast restaurant. Every morning around 6:30 am, we were woken by the chairs being dragged as people sat down to eat! I have told the hotel of these annoying problems and they have said that they will try to address my complaints. Another little gripe was the breakfast restaurant. To be fair, there is reasonable selection of international fare, however, too much counter space was taken up with salad type dishes and not enough area was allowed for tea, coffee and soft drinks. This is located by the waitress serving entrance and a complete bottleneck. I suggest they swop the salads, which is rarely chosen, with the drinks area. At least it might free things up. I found the western choice of food, limited. Consequently, I didn’t look forward to breakfast. The swimming pool is freezing and I never used it, nor did many others. As for local restaurants, we loved the Pink Salt nearby, but be sure to book. Also, ‘Cheers’ was okay and had live music. Both Western type of food. For shopping and a food court, try the VitCom Plaza Mall, a 45,000 VND (about £1-50) Grab taxi ride away. We had originally booked to stay 9 nights, but I’d had enough of the noise and managed to book into our next destination a day early and forfeited a night. If you take my advice, 4 nights in this area is more than enough
