The hotel is in a beautiful position overlooking the Han River. All the staff are accommodating and super friendly. Breakfast is amazing with many different options.

Overall, this is a good hotel, and provides very good value. The bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast is good, with wide variety. Overall, this is a good hotel, and provides very good value. The bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast is good, with wide variety. One tip about breakfast: it runs from 6.30-9.30, and it is crazy busy. To avoid the mobs, I recommend eating prior to 7.00 AM. I liked the location as there are several good walking options in the area. While here, I took an all day tour to Hue. I booked it through Get your Guide Tours ( operated by Daco Tours ). This was an excellent tour which I recommend. Areas where they could improve: - even though it’s a non-smoking hotel, guests are smoking in the rooms, and it filters into the hallways. This needs to be better monitored. - breakfast madness. Maybe extend the time to 6-10. Between 7-9, it is so very unpleasant because of the crowds. - the WiFi had a weak signal very often in the 15 days I was here. They really need to upgrade their internet. - the shower has hot water for only several minutes and then it quickly goes cold. Tips for getting money exchanged into Vietnamese dong. Exit hotel left, 5 minute walk, across the street is Vietcom bank. They give a good exchange, but plan on being there 30 minutes. But note: at the end of your trip, to convert unused dong back to euros, dollars, etc., the bank cannot do that. It can only be done at the airport, ground floor, at the currency exchange outside the arrivals hall. Also, hotel exit left, same side of street as the hotel, across from Vietcom bank, there is an outstanding market, highly recommended, they have absolutely everything you could desire in stock. Moonmilk is the name of the market. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value and very good service and I would stay here next time.

A delightful hotel with excellent service. Great views of the river and loved having a balcony. My room was very comfortable and I’m glad I paid a little extra for the delux. A delightful hotel with excellent service. Great views of the river and loved having a balcony. My room was very comfortable and I’m glad I paid a little extra for the delux. Something I’ve noticed in SEAsia is there is never any furniture on the balconies to sit and it was the same here. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and staff were helpful. I was offered a free 30min foot massage in the spa. Nothing was too much trouble. The reason for my 4 star rating rather than 5, is due to the best parts of the hotel eg swimming pool, bar and roof garden, were only accessible by some very steep stairs so if you have any mobility issues they are a challenge to get to.
