“Fantastic Service”

I cannot say enough about this small family hotel. Such great value. The location is perfect for visiting the Hoi An area. I cannot say enough about this small family hotel. Such great value. The location is perfect for visiting the Hoi An area. Quiet and peaceful on the edge of the rice paddies between Old Town and the beach. We stayed 7 nights The rooms were spotnless, the garden and pool lovely and the a la carte breakfast was cooked to order, delicious and generous. The real treasure here is Miss Uy. She was so helpful. I had an unfortunate accident in town and fractured my foot. She went above and beyond to help us phone our insurance company, find the right hospital etc.. She then changed our room to the pool level so I would not have to use the stairs. She checked in on me regularly supplying ice, ordering taxis. It is when things go wrong that you see how a business is really run. I will come back. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you so much Miss Uy. Wilma and Michel Millette Canada

We stayed here for 10 nights, and Uyen could not have been more welcoming she organised anything we needed and recommended lots of fantastic local food. The whole family were warm and even invited us to their New Years family gathering which was possibly the best part of the whole trip. We will only stay here when we visit again. Very clean throughout the whole villa, swimming pool was in perfect working order and well maintained, breakfast every morning was freshly cooked and delicious also a nice variety of fresh fruit from the market each day. Beautiful view over the paddy fields. The villa is in a great location short walk to local restaurants that serve amazing food (better than anywhere else we tried) and only 50,000 vnd taxi to old town.

I probably shouldn't have to write another rewiew but of course we will let you know that there really isn't nothing that you can complain about this place. We visited Hoi An and Vietnam for the first time in march 2018. Uyên with her lovely smile and genuine interest of making you feel at home from the very beginning. When you come from Finland it felt really exotic to taste there one bananas and see the brother in the family put some peanut seeds in the backyard garden. The grandma is also living there and she has the most amazing smile and she walks around and picks her leaves and nuts from a palm tree that are good for elderly people. Togehter with my husband we also have our son 8 years old. We had room number 2 (as last time of course, yes we in the North like our routines...) approximately 3 meters from the altan doors. You could actually lay in the bed while your child plays in the pool. The sun chairs is also shadowed by the banana trees and the parasols, so it's perfect to cool down after a hot day. You could also get full sun if you move the sun chairs a little. Now we hope that Uyên could come and visit us, her dream is to visit Europe one day. I could get on and on about this people or the amazing Hoi An and the great restaurants and SPA nearby, the beach and the rice fields but I have to stop somewhere.
