We came here as a family of four. My partner and I had a double room and the children had an adjacent room with a lockable door that separated the two rooms from the rest of the hotel. The location is excellent, situated minutes away from the old town on the river. Despite being so close it is silent and peaceful at night. Rooms are great; spacious, comfy beds and effective air co. The pool is stunning, the water is a nice temperature and is in a pretty court yard. There are not quite enough loungers which is the only downside. The breakfast is great, the staff are friendly and the manager knows all guests by name including our children, which shows that the staff really do care about their guests. If you stay, make use of the free bikes and explore the town and the beach. Would stay here again for sure

“Great”

Stayed here 3 nights and loved the location. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of different choices. Our room was spacious and bed comfy. Enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly however always trying to upsell (didn’t like this part). They have free bikes available as well.

We stayed at Laluna Hoi An in a riverside suite for 4 nights in March 2026. We truly enjoyed our time here. This hotel is perfectly located - a short walk to the ancient town, while being far enough away that we weren't disturbed by the noise of the karaoke & bars at night. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, complete with a balcony overlooking the river. There were 2 air-conditioning units (one above the bed and the other in the sitting room) - very useful as it was quite warm & humid when we were there. Note that our suite was on the top floor and the lift stops one floor below the suites, so needed to walk up stairs for the final floor - this was not a problem for us, but just mentioning it in case others have any mobility issues as it could be a challenge. The bathroom included a separate shower (with both rain shower head and hand-held shower head) with good pressure, and a bathtub. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. A special call-out to Chau who greeted us each morning, arranged tours, along with providing good advice on things to see & do. He also quickly arranged a hotel car to take us to Danang (our next stop) for a cheaper price than Grab. Breakfast (included) had a good variety, including an egg station that made fresh to order. We found this hotel to be very good value for money, both the room as well as the mini-bar and restaurant. We also had laundry done inexpensively through the hotel - VND 60k / kg (vs VND 80k per t-shirt at our next hotel). Overall, we found this hotel to have a warm, personal touch, great location and good value for money. We are so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

“Best Ever”

From the moment we arrived everything and everyone were fantastic .Chaung( think that was his name) the duty manager was amazing. .Great location,beautiful breakfast all staff SO SO helpful. Would absolutely recommend ..Sandy and Debbie.
