Our room were 3202 and 2802 which have direct ocean views. It was breathtaking looking down the ocean and islands in the distance. The rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The staff were amazing – extremely polite, welcoming, and always willing to help. We asked to extend the hours on the check out and although the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request. A big help for a late departure so we could take rest. Many many thanks to Ngoc Tien, Bich Thuy, Nhat Quyen and Hong Yen. You made our anniversary trip an unforgettable one. If you stay here, recommend to request for **02, at least floor 25 up.

Overall, I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, situated directly across the road from the beach, which made it very convenient and perfect for enjoying the ocean and nearby surroundings. The room was comfortable and clean, although it does feel a little dated. For example, the power outlets didn’t support universal plugs, so we had to request an adapter from reception. It wasn’t a major issue, but more modern outlets would make things easier for international travellers. The fridge in the room was working, but it didn’t get very cold. When we asked the staff, they explained that it’s designed to keep items cool rather than properly chilled. When we first checked in there were stains on the bed sheets, which was disappointing. However, after letting reception know, the issue was rectified quickly and the sheets were replaced without any hassle. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which definitely made the stay more enjoyable. One small negative during our stay was at the buffet breakfast. My partner wasn’t feeling well and simply wanted to take a coffee back to the room, but we were told takeaway coffee from the buffet wasn’t allowed. It felt a little unpleasant given the situation and a bit more flexibility would have been appreciated. Aside from those small issues, the stay was very good overall. The beachfront location and the kindness of the staff really stood out.
