“Fabulous hotel”
Fabulous hotel. Staff were very attentive and helpful, genuinely interested in us. “Wonderful hotel and great service”
We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The hotel is quiet and has great views of Fansipan. Our room was quiet and the view from the balcony was great. Only complain was that operating the shower knobs was difficult. We had trouble getting the water to be the right temperature. The location is excel… more

“Perfect location with great staff - amazing!”
When we arrived unfortunately the the room configuration wasn’t available, however the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facilities are amazing and would highly recommend. Views were also amazing!

“Quiet location close to the centre with very friendly staff”
Fantastic Hotel great location very quiet location,Lori at the front desk was a huge help to us, also Xe in the restaurant, her happy smile in the morning a great start to the day. We also enjoy it a great spa experience.
