“SAPA VACAY - FILIPINO”
The view was extravagant. And by far, Huyen, the front desk manager was pleasing and kind to accommodate us. She radiates positive energy through her assistants that transcends to her guests. We will surely comeback because of the experience! Cam on!

Location is very convenient - we were right smacked just at the fringe to the city. 5 minutes walk, but it ensures that the area is quiet enough to sleep at night. “Sapa stay”
Receptionists (Huyen) and doormen were very friendly. Room was clean and there’s even a handwritten welcome note. Felt very welcome and highly recommended for anyone to stay here when in sapa :D

“Lovely hotel in Beautiful Sapa”
The staff make this hotel, they are very friendly and the rooms are lovely. I marked down as the downstairs pool was very messy with no towels on our visit. Then when we went to the upstairs pool, again there were no towels. I’m assuming this was a busy spell because everything else was perfect.… more

Our overnight at the Pistachio Hotel was just OK but one of the most disappointing hotels of our stay in Vietnam.
