I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sapa. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful mountain view. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Mao and the other staff make the hotel acceptable. Without them, I would not be happy about the experience. The owner needs to focus on refurbishing the rooms.
