5 minutes from the central Street of SaPa town, this quiet, yet professional hotel, has it all. The rooms were clean and tidy and the one we had had amazing views across the valley to the mountains beyond. The staff could not have been more helpful and provided every assistance from booking taxi’s , organising meals and advice on what to do and where to go. Couldn’t fault it in many way.

We had a wonderful 4D3N stay at Sapa Praha Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were very kind and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. One of the nice touches was that they often offered us free tea and fresh fruits, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

The hotel is Lovely, great staff.. Me, Nao & Mao are so kind & caring. The mountain view is great.. please go for a higher room for better view.

We visited here in January on our trip, we have visited about 5/6 hotels prior to this on our trip of similar price, ratings so we knew what to expect ect. On arrival, at 11:30pm all the lights were off, doors closed and looked empty, after we walked in we woke the receptionist who emerged from a blanket and duvet on the lobby sofa, put a scarf and a jacket on and came to check us in, this wasn’t very professional or what we expected but he was very kind. Our room was clean, great Mountain View and the bed was very comfortable. There was a few beetles and bugs in the room and plenty of squashed bugs on the walls. The following morning we were disturbed a few times by room service and housekeeping trying to enter whilst we were asleep and there was no option to say do not disturb. We used the laundry service whilst staying here and when we received the clothes, some weren’t washed at all, and half of our clothes have shrunk massively which were expensive so my advice is to NOT use that service. The staff were super helpful, very kind and accommodating and made sure we knew where we were going and gave us tea and water whenever we sat down in the lobby. High standard of rooms and customer service. But if your looking for a more high class Mountain View stay, I would look elsewhere
