I had a business lunch with my boss at Reflection Restaurant at Caravelle Saigon yesterday. While heading to the restaurant, I accidentally went up to the 9th floor instead of the correct one. Fortunately, I was warmly assisted by Ms. Uyên, who kindly guided me back to the 3rd floor. Her friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. The lunch experience itself was excellent. The food was delicious and well-presented, meeting our expectations for a business setting. What made it even more special was the ambiance the restaurant offers a direct view of the Opera House, creating a refined and relaxing atmosphere. My boss was especially impressed with the quality of the dishes, which made the meeting even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable experience, not only because of the cuisine but also thanks to the attentive service. I would definitely recommend this place for business lunch or a refined dining experience in Saigon. Cheers

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at Caravelle Saigon Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff made us feel truly valued, from the driver who picked us up to the lovely young man who kindly assisted with our luggage. The executive lounge experience was outstanding. The team went above and beyond, even remembering our drink preferences, which made everything feel so personal. I would especially like to thank Nam, one of the staff in the executive lounge. He greeted us every day with the warmest smile and consistently went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was simply the best we have ever stayed in. The balcony, overlooking the Opera House and the main square, was breathtaking and worth every penny and more. As a small piece of feedback, we felt the fruit selection in the lounge could be improved with a bit more variety. Vietnam is known for having some of the best fruits in the world, so it would be wonderful to see this better reflected in the offering. The same applies to the fresh juice options, where a wider selection would really elevate the experience. That said, the noodle offerings were absolutely fabulous and a real highlight, we thoroughly enjoyed them. The only downside? Everywhere we go now, we find ourselves comparing the service to the Caravelle, and we’re quickly disappointed. We have stayed in many upscale hotels, but none have come close to the level of service we experienced here. We are currently staying in a top-category villa at a Marriott resort in Da Nang, and it has only highlighted just how exceptional the Caravelle truly is. In fact, my husband loved it so much that he insisted we return for our final four nights in Saigon, something that wasn’t even part of our original plan. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Ms. Nhien, Director of Rooms, for everything she has done for us. She ensured that every detail of our stay was perfectly arranged and truly went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. As we have said before, she is truly outstanding and a real asset to the Caravelle.
