My mother and I absolutely fell in love with this hotel! We booked an 8-day, 7-night stay and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Bravo! Our very first impressions of both the hotel and its staff were simply wonderful. We were warmly welcomed at reception with refreshing drinks, and everything around us felt so spacious, peaceful, and inviting that we instantly thought, "Yes... this is it. You're finally on vacation. You can finally relax!" The hotel grounds are exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, with an abundance of lush tropical greenery and picturesque ponds filled with fish. One of the most important things for us was staying somewhere that truly felt tropical, and Bamboo Village exceeded all our expectations. We were absolutely delighted. :) We stayed in a Deluxe (Nova) room, which was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony, complete with comfortable lounge chairs, was another lovely bonus. Housekeeping was excellent every single day. One thing that impressed us the most was the incredible attention to detail shown by the staff when caring for the property. On several occasions, we noticed employees literally using small brushes to remove dust from the tiny gaps in the decorative concrete so that everything remained perfectly clean. Every day they watered the plants, removed dried leaves, and carefully trimmed branches. It is obvious that the entire resort is cared for with genuine love and dedication, and we would like to give the team a huge round of applause for that! The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay. There was an excellent variety every morning, and we never once felt that the selection had become repetitive. Everything was always fresh, delicious, and constantly replenished. The choice of drinks was equally impressive. We would also like to highly recommend the Saturday BBQ dinner accompanied by live music. We absolutely loved it! There was an incredible selection of seafood, and what we appreciated most was that everything was prepared without excessive amounts of oil, unlike what you often find in restaurants outside the hotel. The desserts, fresh fruit, salads, and soups were all fantastic. The live music, which occasionally turned into a cheerful karaoke session with the guests, created such a warm and joyful atmosphere. It was a delicious, beautiful, and incredibly fun evening. We sincerely recommend attending — it is absolutely worth the price, and you certainly won't regret it! We would especially like to thank the wonderful Thanh Thuan, who introduced us to the Water Lily Spa during breakfast. She was incredibly kind and attentive. She explained all of the spa services in detail, told us how the Happy Hours worked, and even gave us a brochure in Russian. Beyond that, it was simply fascinating to talk with her about life in Vietnam. She recommended several beautiful places to visit near the hotel, and we genuinely enjoyed chatting about the cultural differences between our countries. Every time we met her, it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like visiting old friends. People like her are exactly what make a vacation truly unforgettable. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the warmth and hospitality she shared with us. :) As for the beach, the sun loungers were always in excellent condition, and the staff worked hard to keep everything clean, regularly removing sand after other guests had left. The beach itself was also kept spotless throughout our stay. Some people might notice the sandbags in the photos, but we would like to reassure future guests that they do not spoil the view at all and never interfere with swimming. In fact, without them, the tides would likely have eroded the hotel's beachfront, including the areas with the loungers and restaurant. Their presence is completely understandable. The entrance to the sea is very comfortable as well, with no large rocks, pebbles, or sudden drop in depth, making swimming both easy and enjoyable. Those eight days flew by before we even realized it. Everything was so cozy, delicious, beautiful, and thoughtfully organized down to the smallest detail. The only minor disappointment at first was that we couldn't choose an all-inclusive or even a half-board package when making our reservation. However, the staff kindly explained that these options are available when booking through travel agencies or directly via the hotel's website. Since we organized the trip ourselves, we simply overlooked that possibility. No worries — we'll definitely know for next time. ;) We would like to express our deepest gratitude to every single member of the Bamboo Village Beach Resort & Spa Mui Ne team, from every department, for making our stay so wonderful. Thanks to your hard work, professionalism, and kindness, our vacation became truly comfortable, heartwarming, and unforgettable. “Perfect place to stay if you need quiet place and beautiful beach”

We enjoyed our stay in the Bamboo Resort. Everything was perfect. The room is quiet and very clean. The garden is the most beautiful i have ever seen in a resort.
