We have been visiting this hotel for our yearly skiing holiday for over 5 years right now. Needless to say that we are more than satisfied by this great hotel, every single time. The staff in the hotel from the reception desk, to the waiters, the chefs and the housekeeping are very friendly and professional. It’s very nice to see that the hotel emphasizes that it’s a family managed hotel, by “Familie Münsterer”. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Through the years we stayed in different rooms in the hotel. The comfort rooms, kaiserblick suite and residenz suite all have a different amount of surface area, but they are all spacious and stylish in their own way. The bedding is comfortable with multiple pillows. We have to say that the cleanliness is at a high level in this hotel. The room gets cleaned every day, and they will bring new towels. The hotel is spread into 2 buildings, the “seehof” and “Seeresidenz” side which is connected by a underground corridor which is heated. The strong facilities this hotel has to offer are the multiple pool and wellness facilities: 2 regular indoor pools, 1 outdoor heated pool, 1 outdoor summer pool, a 150 meter long water slide with a cone and halfpipe, a family slide, multiple sauna’s in the “sauna-town”, infra-rot cabins (bathrobes and slippers are offered in the rooms)..... As you can see: plenty of options for young and old. It got multiple sport facilities as well: tennis halls and a horse riding hall. The restaurant never disappointed us in their range of choice or taste. Every morning they offer an extensive range of food, going from sweet to savory just as you would expect from a four-star superior hotel. In the evening they offer a range of starters at the buffet + an extensive salad buffet. Mostly 4 main courses are offered, and to close off a delicious desserts. All in all very satisfying. There is enough space in the underground parking and on the hotel grounds to park your car, and you can store your ski-gear. If there would be anything negative that we could say about this hotel, then that would be: -bathroom amenities: although the room offers these big tubes of hand wash + shower gel of the brand “Ille”, we would expect some amenities for example shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, shoe polish, shower cap, etc.... -warmth: the temperature in the room and the restaurant where so high sometimes, that it was a little unpleasant. A thought for guests in the summer: there is no air conditioning in the rooms. But still we are very satisfied and recommend this hotel. Dear greetings from our family.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was located at the end of my 2 day hike from Kufstein. The rooms are large and spacious! Everything, especially the bathroom, was so clean - I can only say that surfaces gleamed! There is a small balcony to look out towards the surrounding mountains. The facilities were also amazing. Spa, sauna, pool - great for sore muscles from hiking. Pools, indoor and outdoor, plus a dedicated kids area. Didn’t use them but there was also an arcade room, table tennis room, and tennis area! There’s more but I didn’t get to explore them. The food is excellent quality and so worth it to get full board. The staff are warm, lovely and so very cheerful! The booking and even arranging transport was so easy as they have a messenger service that translates to English. They also provide shuttle service to Kufstein if you don’t have a car. The only cons is most of the signs (to explain how to use the spa stuff) are in German with no English translations. And that it’s still a bit of a walk (around 1-2kms) to the main town or start of hiking trails. I wish I had stayed longer as one night is not enough.

I spent a weekend with family during winter season and I just have positive things to mention about the hotel. Their difference is how excellent the service is. Absolutely fantastic!! Every employee, including the general manager, treat us respectfully like family, you live this specially during coffee time. It’s one of the best services I’ve ever experienced! Well done! Besides that, the variety of breakfast, the cleanup, the comfort, the view (I’m attaching some pictures for you!!), the facilities... you have a lot to do and a weekend can be short to enjoy all of them. I absolutely recommend it, it worth the price! The only thing you might think uncomfortable is finding somewhere free to park your car, at least when we went, but we managed that after running in circles for few minutes. Apart from that, my experience was awesome! I 100% recommend you the hotel!

“Amazing sauna space”

Very nice and clean. The sauadorf really bears its name. Very spacy with plenty of lounge chairs to relax. No kids around the sauna is really only adults. Staff is very helpfull. And if you are not to tired you may dance at the Tenne . Jut perfect for a nice weekend.
