“MY STAY IN HARARE AT NEW AMBASSADOR HOTEL”
The New Ambassador Hotel is a mid-range option with mixed but generally average reviews. Its strongest advantage is the central location in Harare, making it convenient for business and city access. It has friendly and helpful staff, along with acceptable levels of cleanliness.

“They can do better !”
Cold shower and Elevator malfunction because of no backup after electrical failure. Restaurant staff waiting period unacceptable. We waited for more than 2 hours sitting in the restaurant for food with international visitors before we were served. TV channels can be better too.
