Très beau séjour. Nous avions opté pour le Best Semiramis à Tenerife et avons été un peu déçu de l'hôtel qui porte 5 étoiles mais qui a la qualité d'un 4 étoiles. La nourriture n'est pas bonne et le ménage pas super. Le personnel est très sympa et la vue magnifique mais nous restons sur une note moyenne. En revanche l'hôtel The Volcan à Lanzarote était juste parfait !! Pour le combiné Tenerife Lanzarote nous sommes ravis et suivi de Logitravel parfait malgré un petit souci à l'aéroport de Madrid au retour où j'ai dû payé une deuxième fois les bagages au check in alors que je les avais payé lors de la réservation des vols. J'espère être remboursée.

Tutto come previsto dal pacchetto, nessun problema nei trasferimenti in loco puntuali ed efficienti. Unico neo le camere e i bagni dell'albergo a Tenerife vecchiotti e da ristrutturare, molto buona la posizione.
