Faultless service provided by our designated waiters Saquib and Hanny in Michaelangelo restaurant level 3Fantastic bar service provided by Cloyd at the piano bar who always remembered our order and served us promptly when he saw us arrive
Shows were very poor compared to those on MSCLack of tea being available at lunch and dinnerVolume of music everywhere was much much too loud.Photographers pestering you even when you said you did not want a photo taken.Ship needs refit and very dirty windows again compared to other cruise line

All the staff where excellent especially in the fine dining restaurant.
Aft end pool not clean.

The only worry we had were the number of people that did not use the hand sanitizers they were not in a prominent position and due to the coronavirus I would have thought they would have had staff making people due the sanitizers

DINING IN THE EVENING
THE MAD SCRAMBLE FOR BOTH BUFFET BREAKFAST AND BUFFET LUNCH A REAL SPOILER AND COULD NOT BE BE COMPARED WITH THE EXPERIENCE IN THE EVENING DINING ROOM.BOOKED 5 EXCURSIONS ONLY 2 WERE IN ENGLISH HAD TO CANCEL THE OTHER 3 OR GO ON FRENCH SPEAKING TOUR
