Ship was clean, very please with cabin boy, name Van An Ly, was very attentive. Food on board could of been better in the restaurant, on most occasions wasn''t hot enough, and the waiter was hit n miss with his service. Didn''t like the lay out of the ship on Deck 9 having to walk through restaurant n bar to use hot tubs and no changing room facitilty to get chsnged and people were eating food and fighting for tables in that area. In my opinion was a bad layout.
Ship could be better layout in certain areas, especially on Deck 9.

They dont tell you about paying gratuities which come as a surprise at the end.They dont translate in English, all in italian!The staff favour italians over us brits

The airconditioning isn''t good. It was stuffy in the cabin and other public places. Constant queues at hospitality desk.
