NOTHING!

EVERYTHING!!! FOOD WAS DISGUSTING!!!! SMELL IN RESTAURANTS AND BUFFET AREAS!!!!! BAR and CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE!!!!! DISGRACEFUL AMENITIES!!!! They charged extra for everything. EXTRA CHARGES for Bottled water, decent alcohol, wifi, watery pizza, "club restaurant", arcade, certain room service items.We disembarked at first port because it was so bad!!!!!

Almost everything is a minus - We found excursions expensive so did our own thing. We found the restaurant service slow, we had to wait an hour to be served. The food was average with miniscule portions no variety of international cuisine - There was no Tea/Coffee/Water available with Lunch or Four Course Evening meal - Everything had to be paid for. There was no kettle or toiletries in the Balcony Cabin which overlooked a lifeboat and the biggest issue Costa and cruise agencies - 15 people turned up at the wrong port assuming it was near to Amsterdam Central. Fortunately a shuttle bus took us 40 mins to Ijmuiden otherwise we would have missed the cruise. A bit important don''t you think ?

Norway is beautiful. My stateroom steward provided excellent service.

Food was not very good, and food options were limited.

The size of the ship and the excellent Italian food. Liveliness of the international passengers and sufficient place for everybody.

Poor docking places and as a result 5x paid shuttle buses for Euro 12,00 pp. each. The city of Cork was with 18 km. distance unreachable, even no shuttle bus at all. Costa looks for the cheapest places to dock.
