The M25 motorway, providing access from all parts of the country, is just seven miles away. Haugesund is situated on the Norwegian North Sea coast between Bergen and Stavanger. The enchanting city is located on Karmsund, the historic "Nordvegen", the name given to Norway and spread over several islands and the mainland. Fishing has always played an important role.
Andalsnes is located on the shores of the Romsdalsfjorden near where the Isfjorden begins. It is also located at the mouth of the Rauma River..The river flows through the Romsdalen valley, which features some of the most spectacular scenery in the entire country. Trollveggen one of the cliff formations in the valley, has a vertical drop of over 3,300 ft. It was an early launch site for European BASE jumpers. In Andalsnes town there are restaurants, shops and other tourist services.
Full of churches, cathedrals, castles, museums like the polar Museus or the Tromso Museum or the botanic garden are some of the things to see. It´s history, aswell as the religion, have been linked to the artic fishing, a source of wealth in this region for centuries. From the point of view of touristic interest, we can find in this city the Prestvannet lake in the center of the Island of Tromsoya.
The city of Honnigsvag is 1.900kms from the North Pole, the visitors can be in one of the higest points in europe. From here we can see one of the most impressive natural phenomena, Midnight Sun, in the near dates to the summer solstice, the sun is visible 24 hours a day over the Arctic Ocean.
Hammerfest is a typical picturesque little village in Norway, which differs from the rest because just in the middle of it, on the open air and seen by everyone, there is a magnificent work of art, which does not outstand for it's beauty, but it is also a cultural symbol that represents affection and love between two nations.

Ambassador Cruise Line warmly welcomes guests with disabilities, including those with mobility restrictions as well as restricted sight and hearing. However, with the very different nature of a cruising holiday when compared to one on land, and purely for safety reasons, such guests should be accompanied by an able-bodied, or a fully sighted/hearing companion (as appropriate), who will be responsible for providing any assistance that you may require both onboard and ashore.
