Civitavecchia (Rome)

Civitavecchia is the city of Rome´s port on the Tyrrhenian Sea. The harbour is formed by two piers and a breakwater, on which is a lighthouse. The name Civitavecchia means ancient town. There, the Eternal City lies before us in large format architectural and artistic sculptures such as the Colosseum, the most important monument of ancient Rome and used for public entertainment. Do not miss the Trevi Fountain and make a wish while you throw a coin back and continues to the Pantheon, one of the best preserved monuments of antiquity, Piazza Navona and the Vatican City. Take a walk through the Plaza of Spain and rest on the steps of Trinita dei Monti before heading to Via Condotti, wide avenue lined with shops.

Palermo (Sicily)

Palermo the capital of Sicily and the Province of Palermo and is situated in the northwest of the island of Sicily, right by the Gulf of Palermo in the Tyrrhenian Sea. Palermo is one of the most beautiful places and has a noteworthy architectural heritage and is known for many of its Norman buildings, including churches, museums, palaces and gastronomy, playing an important role throughout much of its existence, it is over 2,700 years old. It is a city rich in history, culture, art, music and food. The city is also going through careful redevelopment, preparing to become one of the major cities of the Euro Mediterranean area. There are many tourist attractions such as Palermos Arabic quarter, Orto botanico Botanical Gardens and Real Tenuta della Favorita Park. In Vucciria market visitors will experience the unique, strongly Sicilian atmosphere as well as taste the typical local produce. Things to See & Do are: Vucciria market, Palazzo dei Normanni, Quattro Canti, Norman churches, palaces, museums and Capuchin Catacombs.

Valletta (Malta)

Valletta is the capital of Malta, situated in the east central portion of Malta. It is the second southernmost capital of Europe. The City was officially recognised as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1980. The city is essentially Baroque in character, with elements of Mannerist, Neo Classical and Modern architecture in selected areas. It is located just a few miles from the port of Piraeus, the central commercial port of the capital, and the shores of southern Attica. Costa Fortuna is a tribute to the unforgettable transatlantic ships of the past. Built in the legendary shipyard of Genoa Sestri Ponente, it is the twin sister of Costa Magica.

Costa Fortuna's common areas are decorated with reproductions of advertising images of the 20s and 30s with posters of the transatlantic Michelangelo and Raffaello. In the lobby there are models of twenty-six vessels of the past that have been part of the Costa Cruises fleet. All cabins have every comfort you need for a pleasant stay: private bathrooms with soap bars and liquid soap for the shower, air conditioning, telephone, cable radio, satellite TV and safe; Your cabin is cleaned daily and all the linen you require (sheets and towels) is supplied and changed regularly.

What's not included?

Beverages are not included unless an all-inclusive drinks package fare has been booked. If drinks are not included in your cruise fare, a 15% gratuity is added to beverage purchases which are added to the onboard account.

One 1/2 litre bottle of San Benedetto mineral water every day plus unlimited glasses of water in every bar. Heineken draft beer, glasses of excellent wine and Casa Sant'Orsola and Cinzano sparkling wines. Non-alcoholic fruit beverages, Aperol Spritz and Crodino for aperitifs. Classic cocktails like Gin and Tonic, Mojito and Bacardi Breezer. After dinner drinks (brandy, whiskey, cognac and liqueurs). Drink packages are not valid in the Archipelago Restaurant and Casanova Restaurant. Some bars and/or thematic restaurants offer a reduced selection of drinks: check the bar list on board to order. Luxury brands and drinks from the Mini Bar in the cabin are no included.

    The package must be booked by all guests with the same booking number and/or travelling in the same cabin. The package for young people aged 4-17 years does not contain any alcoholic beverages.
